LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) disgruntled leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Saturday said that he has never requested and that he never will request the
party for a
ticket.
Responding to Maryam Nawaz’s statement over awarding him a
ticket or not in the general elections 2018, Nisar said that he never has and never will request for a
ticket.
“;In my 35-year political career, I have never requested anyone to present me with a
party ticket and I never will. I have faith in God and trust in the people of the constituency, who have been supporting me since 1985,” Nisar said.
He added that
“;it seems as if Pakistan’s biggest problem of late is the decision to hand me a
party ticket or not.” Nisar added that he has not requested anyone for a
party ticket, then why, he continued, is a statement regarding the
matter issue
